金正恩时代朝鲜的“人民群众第一主义”

DPRK’s “People-first Principle”in Kim Jong-un’s Era

“人民群众第一主义”是把人民群众视为革命和建设的主人,并依靠人民群众,为人民忘我服务的政治理念。金正恩继承和发展金日成的“主体思想”和金正日的“先军思想”,将“金日成金正日主义”确立为朝鲜的指导思想,并将其本质规定为“人民群众第一主义”。朝鲜指导思想的核心概念是“人民群众”,“主体思想”和“先军思想”均源自金日成和金正日的“以民为天”思想。金正恩也遵照这一思想,将发展经济和改善民生设定为国家目标,提出了“人民群众第一主义”,并实施了一系列政策,取得了丰硕成果,进一步巩固了以金正恩为核心的全党全社会的团结一心。近年来,朝鲜劳动党党章将“人民群众第一主义政治”规定为社会主义基本政治方式,此举表明,如同金正日时代的社会主义基本政治方式“先军政治”提升为“先军思想”,“人民群众第一主义”已经被提升为金正恩时代朝鲜的指导思想。

The"People-First Principle"is a political concept that regards the people as the masters of the revolution and construction,relying on the people and serving the people selflessly.Kim Jong-un inherited and developed Kim Il-sung’s Juche thought and Kim Jong-il’s Songun ideology,establishing"Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism"as the guiding ideology of DPRK,also defining its essence as"People First Principle".The core concept of DPRK’s guiding ideology is the“people”,and both the Juche thought and the Songun thought are derived from the“people-centered”concept brought out by Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.Kim Jong-un also followed this idea,setting economic development and improving people's livelihood as a national goals,and put forward the"People First Principle",and implemented a series of policies,achieving fruits and further consolidating the leadership of the entire party with Kim Jong-un as the core.In recent years,the Constitution of the WPK stipulated that"People First Politics"is the fundamental political mode of socialism.The move shows,just as Songun politics,the fundamental political mode of Kim Jong Il’s era,the"People-first Principle"has been promoted as the guiding ideology of DPRK in the Kim Jong-un era.
