铸牢中华民族共同体意识是习近平总书记提出的重大原创性命题。作为新时代民族工作的主线与“纲”,铸牢中华民族共同体意识既具备有利条件,同时也面临风险挑战。从有利条件看,中国共产党总揽全局、协调各方的政治优势,中华民族日益接近伟大复兴的时代机遇,中华民族“大一统”的强大惯性,国内外解决民族问题的鲜明对比是培育铸牢中华民族共同体意识的优势所在。从风险挑战看,大汉族主义与狭隘民族主义的滋扰,“五个并存”新特征的挑战,“三股势力”的危害,“港独”“台独”分裂势力的勾连,西方分化势力对中华民族的解构是主要风险。机遇与挑战并存,总体来看机遇大于挑战。

Strengthening the sense of community for the Chinese nation is a major original proposition put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping.As the main line and"outline"of ethnic work in the new era,it faces both favorable conditions as well as risks and challenges.From the the perspective of favorable conditions,the CPC’s political advantages of overview and coordination of all parties,the opportunity of the times when the Chinese nation is getting closer to great rejuvenation,the strong inertia of the"grand unification"of the Chinese nation,and the sharp contrast between domestic and foreign solutions to ethnic problems are the advantages of cultivating and casting a firm sense of community for the Chinese nation.From the perspective of risks and challenges,the nuisance of Han-Chauvinism and narrow nationalism,the challenge of the new characteristics of"Five co-existing",the danger of"three forces",the collusion between the"Hong Kong independence"and"Taiwan independence"separatist forces,and the deconstruction of the Chinese nation by Western divisive forces are the main risks.Opportunities and challenges coexist,and generally speaking,the opportunities outweigh challenges.
