大连地区重要水库群浮游植物群落特征与多样性评价

Characteristics and Diversity Assessment of Planktonic Plant Communities in Key Reservoirs in Dalian Region

以大连地区5座水库组成的水库群为研究对象,每周开展浮游植物调查,连续监测6个月,分析浮游植物群落特征并进行多样性评价。结果表明,大连地区水库群共鉴定出7门39属,其中优势种5门15属,以硅藻门和蓝藻门为主。每个水库Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数变化趋势一致,水库群整体处于轻度至中度污染水平。

This paper focuses on a group of five reservoirs in Dalian region.Weekly surveys of planktonic plants were conducted over a period of six months to analyze the characteristics of the planktonic plant communities and assess their diversity.The results revealed a total of 7 phyla and 39 genera in the reservoir group,with 15 genera from 5 dominant phyla,primarily including diatoms and cyanobacteria.The trends in Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Pielou evenness index were consistent across all reservoirs,indicating a mild to moderate level of pollution in the reservoir group as a whole.
