摘要
本文立足江苏省水文建设项目面临的工期长、质量控制困难等问题,采用层次分析法,从技术可行性、经济可行性、水生态环境效益及社会效益4个层次构建了水文设施装配化项目可行性评价指标体系,计算评价指标权重,进行综合排序,利用模糊综合评价法对项目可行性进行量化评价。结果表明,江苏省水文设施装配化项目可行性总体评价为“良好”,所采用的指标体系和方法具有较好的准确性和适用性,可为水文设施装配化在全国范围内进行推广提供参考。
Focusing on the problems such as long construction period and difficult quality control faced by hydrological construction projects in Jiangsu Province,this paper uses analytic hierarchy process to construct the feasibility evaluation index system of hydrological facility assembly projects from four levels of technical feasibility,economic feasibility,water ecological environmental benefit and social benefit,calculates the weight of evaluation index,and makes a comprehensive ranking.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the project feasibility quantitatively.The results show that the overall feasibility evaluation of hydrological facility assembly projects in Jiangsu Province is“good”,and the index system and method adopted have good accuracy and applicability,which can provide reference for the promotion of hydrological facilities assembly nationwide.
