教育数字化视野下高校图书馆数字化发展思考

A Thought on the Digital Development of University Libraries from the Perspective of Education Digitalization

在教育数字化转型的背景下探究高校图书馆数字化发展的意义、发展障碍以及因应之策。从信息化到数字化的转型是教育的变革与重塑,图书馆是学校的文献信息资源中心,参与数字化转型是其法定职能与义务,但是发展中存在平台、资源与服务现状的制约。在教育数字化转型趋势下,高校图书馆必须以问题为导向,以平台、资源与服务建设为抓手,大力推进数字化转型,提质增效。

In the context of the digital transformation of education,the significance of the digital development of university libraries,the obstacles to development and the countermeasures to cope with them were explored.The transformation from informatization to digitalization is the reform and reshaping of education.The library is the literature and information resource center of the school,and participating in digital transformation is its statutory function and obligation,but there are constraints in the development of the platform,resources and services.Under the trend of digital transformation of education,university libraries must be problem-oriented,take the construction of platforms,resources and services as the starting point,vigorously promote digital transformation,and improve quality and efficiency.
