考虑应力敏感低渗气藏产能实验研究及应用

摘要 为理清低渗气藏产能变化规律及应力敏感对其的具体影响,研究自制低渗气藏气井应力敏感实验装置,实验分析了不同净覆盖压力条件下岩芯渗透率应力敏感表现,并以某低渗气藏气井产能测试数据为例,建立了考虑应力敏感的测试气井典型二项式产能方程,并以此分析了1#井的流入动态情况,与不考虑应力敏感的产能预测进行了对比.结果表明,净上覆盖压力降低,应力敏感影响呈指数增加.因此,对于低渗气藏,必须考虑应力敏感对气藏产能带来的影响. In order to clarify the production capacity changes of low permeability gas reservoirs and the specific impact of stress sensitivity on them,a self-made stress sensitivity experimental device for low permeability gas wells was studied.The stress sensitivity performance of rock core permeability under different net cover pressure conditions was experimentally analyzed.Taking the production capacity test data of a low permeability gas reservoir gas well as an example,a typical binomial production capacity equation considering stress sensitivity was established for the test gas well.Based on this,the inflow performance of well 1#was analyzed and compared with the production capacity prediction without considering stress sensitivity.The results indicate that the net coverage pressure decreases and the stress sensitivity effect increases exponentially.Therefore,for low permeability gas reservoirs,it is necessary to consider the impact of stress sensitivity on gas reservoir productivity.
