摘要
《学位论文内容索引编制规则》(GB/T 41210-2021)是全球首部关于学位论文的索引标准,2021年12月31日由国家标准化委员会发布,2022年7月1日实施,这对引领我国学位论文内容索引事业发展、提高学位论文的评价效率具有重要意义。该标准的研制基于较好的研究基础,完善的人力资源等因素,能完善编制技术规范,并成为组织文献及信息的利器,不仅为制定古籍索引国家标准奠定基础,也能揭示学位论文创新内容。未来应该在高校广泛推广,以提高学位论文评价水平、推动国际标准出台,也应重视其普及难度。
Guideline for Establishment of Indexes of Theses(GB/T 41210-2021),released by the National Standardization Committee of China on December 31,2021 and officially implemented on July 1,2022,is the world's first indexing standard for dissertations,which is of great significance for the development of dissertation-content indexing and the improvement of evaluation efficiency of dissertation in China.With good research base and excellent manpower,the Standard which has improved the technical specifications of indexing is a good tool for processing literature-based information,thus laying the foundation for developing national standards for ancient-book indexing.Revealing the innovative content of dissertations,the Standard should be widely promoted in colleges and universities,so as to improve the quality of dissertation evaluation,promote the introduction of international standards and think highly of the difficulty in popularizing the standards.
