专利视域下的全球图书馆疫情防控科技

摘要 为推动图书馆科技防疫创新,文章从图书馆疫情防控研究现状及其特殊的防疫需求角度出发,发现缺乏专利视域下的图书馆防疫创新技术研究。文章通过数据检索与分析获取图书馆防疫的全球专利布局情况,挖掘图书馆疫情防控的专利情报,发现图书馆疫情防控主要由消毒杀菌的基础技术,以及由新冠肺炎催发的读者体温检测、疫情监控、无接触等技术构成,分析各技术主题特征与应用情况;建议图书馆应在物理空间防疫功能化改造技术、疫情监测防控技术与虚拟现实技术等方面实现研发突破。 In order to promote the scientific and technological innovation for epidemic prevention in libraries,this paper studies the current situation of epidemic prevention in libraries and their special needs.It is found that there is a lack of research on epidemic prevention patent in the field of library.By retrieving and analyzing the data regarding global layout of patents on library epidemic prevention,it points out that libraries primarily embrace the basic technologies for disinfection and sterilization,and those triggered by COVID-19 involving temperature checks,epidemic surveillance,contactless equipment and the like.With an analysis of the characteristics and application of each technology,this article recommends that libraries should make breakthroughs in the research and development of technologies for anti-epidemic functional transformation of physical space,epidemic surveillance technology and virtual reality technology.
