提高铰孔质量的工艺方法

摘要 对于钳工来说,铰孔一直是一个涉及面较广、整个工艺较为复杂且相当精细、加工难度较大且加工质量不易保证的操作。影响铰孔质量的主要因素涉及铰刀的研磨方法、铰削余量的选择、铰削用量的选择、切削液的选择、铰削方法的使用等五个方面。本文将针对影响铰孔质量的主要因素进行详细的分析和探讨,提出确定合适的铰削余量和机铰切削用量,提出优化钻孔的操作方法和优化铰刀的研磨方法,以达到大幅度提高铰孔质量的目的。 For benchwork,reaming holes has always been an operation involving a wide range.The reaming technology is complex and quite fine,while the processing is difficult and the quality is not easy to ensure.The main factors that affect the quality of reaming including the grinding method of reamer,the allowance of reaming,the amount of reaming,the choice of cutting fluid,and the use of reaming methods.In this paper,the main factors affecting the quality of reaming holes are analyzed and discussed in detail,and the appropriate allowance of reaming,the amount of reaming,the choice of cutting fluid are proposed.At the same time,putting forward to optimize the operation method of drilling and the grinding method of reamer to achieve the purpose of greatly improving the quality of reaming holes.
