数字社会适老化应用界面情感化设计策略

Emotional design strategies for aging-friendly application interfaces in digital society

为了应对社会老龄化的发展趋势,适老化应用正在逐渐得到社会的广泛关注及认可。研究旨在探讨数字社会背景适老化应用的界面情感化设计策略。首先,对界面设计的相关研究及情感化设计的概念进行界定。其次,对UI设计的设计要素进行梳理及情感化设计介入UI设计的路径进行分析。最后,基于老年用户特征提出UI体验的优化策略。研究结论从情感化设计的角度出发,提出了在本能层需要注重视觉效果、行为层需要优化反馈和流程体验、反思层需要注重与老年人的情感互动的UI设计体验优化策略。研究结果将有助于向适老化应用的UI设计部门提供相关设计策略的借鉴。

In response to the trend of an aging society,age-friendly applications are gaining widespread attention and recognition in society.The aim of this study is to explore the design strategy of emotive interface design for aging-friendly applications in the context of digital society.Firstly,the research on interface design and the concept of emotive design was defined.Secondly,the design elements of UI design and the path of emotional design intervention in UI design were analyzed.Finally,an optimization strategy for the UI experience was proposed based on the characteristics of elderly users.The study concluded that from the perspective of emotional design,the UI design experience optimization strategies were proposed to focus on visual effects at the instinctive level,optimize feedback and process experience at the behavioral level,and focus on emotional interaction with the elderly at the reflective level.The findings of the study would help to provide relevant design strategies to the UI design departments for age-appropriate applications.
