摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定了75份陇南绿茶样品中Pb,As,Cd,Cr,Co,Sb和Hg 7种重金属元素的含量,通过目标风险系数(T_(HQ))和风险指数(H_(I))评估绿茶中重金属对人体的健康安全风险,为陇南绿茶的饮用安全提供科学依据.结果表明,7种重金属元素的每日摄入量(E DI)均低于该元素的每日参考剂量(R fD),T_(HQ)值大小依次为Pb>Co>Cr>Cd>Sb>As>Hg,其中Pb,Co和Cr对H_(I)贡献率较高,是主要的风险元素.各元素的T_(HQ)和H_(I)均小于1,表明陇南绿茶中这些重金属元素不会危害到消费者的身体健康. The contents of Pb,As,Cd,Cr,Co,Sb and Hg in 75 Longnan green tea samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The health and safety risks of heavy metals in green tea to human body were evaluated by target hazard quotient(T_(HQ))and hazard index(H_(I)),which provided scientific basis for the drinking safety of Longnan green tea.The results showed that estimated daily intake(E DI)of the seven heavy metals was lower than reference dose(R fD)of the element,and the T_(HQ) values were Pb>Co>Cr>Cd>Sb>As>Hg,which indicated that Pb,Co and Cr were the main risk elements with higher contribution rates to H_(I).T_(HQ) and H_(I) of each element are below 1,indicating that these heavy metals in Longnan green tea will not harm to the health of consumers.
