摘要
通过区域环境风险指数评估方法分别对行政区域和受纳水体的企业规模、环境风险物质活动类型、环境风险物质类型和分布特征进行了统计分析.结果表明,兰州、白银、庆阳、张掖和酒泉市行政区域,以及黑河、黄河干流、泾河、嘉陵江和渭河流域环境风险较高,应重点加强对相关行政区域和流域的风险管控和环境应急监测能力建设;甘肃省工业企业环境风险物质活动类型以使用为主,应重点加强工业企业和危险化学品道路运输的治理和管控水平;环境风险物质类型以无机物和有机物为主,应重点加强无机物和有机物的环境应急监测能力建设.同时,结合目前甘肃省环境应急监测能力现状,提出了环境应急监测的相关建议.
In this paper,the enterprise scale,environmental risk material activity type,environmental risk material type and distribution characteristics of administrative regions and receiving water bodies are analyzed and summarized by using regional environmental risk index evaluation method.The results showed that the environmental risks in Lanzhou,Baiyin,Qingyang,Zhangye and Jiuquan administrative regions,as well as Heihe River,the main stream of the Yellow River,Jinghe River,Jialing River and Weihe river basins are relatively high,so we should focus on strengthening the risk management and control and environmental emergency monitoring capacity building in relevant administrative regions and basins.The type of activities of environmental risk substances in industrial enterprises in Gansu Province is mainly use,and the governance and control level of industrial enterprises and road transportation of hazardous chemicals should be strengthened.The types of environmental risk substances are mainly inorganic and organic substances,and the construction of environmental emergency monitoring capacity of inorganic and organic substances should be strengthened.At the same time,combined with the current situation of environmental emergency monitoring capacity in Gansu Province,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for environmental emergency monitoring.
