摘要
腰背痛发生率较高,给社会和个人生活带来负担。呼吸训练作为一种便捷有效、低成本的治疗手段,已被逐渐应用于腰背痛康复领域。呼吸训练方案包括膈式呼吸、腹式呼吸、逆腹式呼吸、抗阻呼吸,通过激活核心肌群、增强腹内压力、增加本体感觉输入及调节神经血管来改善腰背疼痛。综合分析不同训练方案的效果和局限性,为腰背痛患者的呼吸训练方案提供参考。
The incidence of low back pain is high,which brings a burden to society and personal life.Breathing training,as a convenient,effective and low-cost treatment method,has been gradually applied to the field of rehabilitation of low back pain.Breathing training programs include diaphragmatic breathing,abdominal breathing,reverse abdominal breathing,and resistance breathing.They improve back pain by activating core muscle groups,enhancing intraabdominal pressure,improving proprioceptive input,and regulating nerves and blood vessels.The effects and limitations of these intervention programs were comprehensively analyzed to provide reference for further formulating respiratory training programs in patients with low back pain.
