海底原油管道电伴热相对热耗率研究

摘要 以海底热油管道平台集中加热能耗为基准,基于热平衡原理,采用微积分方法推导出了电伴热相对热耗率的函数关系式,澄清了影响电伴热相对热耗率的主要因素,论证了集中式加热和分布式伴热在热耗之间的优劣,并探明了电伴热相对热耗率对关键影响因素的敏感性规律。结果表明,分布式伴热方式的热耗总是小于集中式加热方式的热耗;其相对热耗率与总传热系数和输送距离近似呈线性负相关关系,而与管径和流速近似呈指数式正相关关系;由于电伴热方式不具有“最小输量”的限制,可以在极端工况下弥补平台加热技术不可行的不足。 Based on the principle of heat balance,the functional relationship of relative heat consumption ratio(RHCR)of the distributed electric heating system is derived by calculus methods.The main factors affecting RHCR are determined,the difference of heat consumption between centralized heating and distributed heating is analyzed,and the sensitivity of RHCR to its key influencing factors is demonstrated.The results show that the heat consumption of distributed heating mode is always less than that of centralized heating mode;its RHCR has approximately linear negative correlation with total heat transfer coefficient and transmission distance,and exponential positive correlation with pipeline diameter and flow velocity;the distributed electric heating mode does not have the limitation of"minimum transmission capacity",so it can make up for the infeasibility of platform centralized heating mode under extreme working conditions.
