Exploration and Practice of Enterprise Quality Culture Construction

制度让人不敢做错,流程让人不会做错,文化让人不想做错。创建优秀的质量文化是企业的一项战略任务,质量文化建设是企业持续发展不可或缺的重要组成部分,是企业致力于提升质量竞争力、追求持续成功的重要工作。参照GB/T 32230—2015 《企业质量文化建设指南》标准要求,结合实际的工作经验,分5个部分介绍了质量文化建设实践。首先,介绍了中国电子科技集团公司第十研究所(以下简称十所)质量文化建设的背景;其次,结合理论知识、标准,介绍了质量文化建设思路及方法;然后,详细地介绍了十所质量文化建设开展的系列工作和取得的效果;最后,对未来质量文化建设提出建议,寄予期望。

The system makes people afraid to make mistakes,the process makes people won't make mistakes,and the culture makes people don't want to make mistakes.Creating an excellent quality culture is a strategic task for enterprise,and construction of quality culture is an indispensable and important part of the sustainable development of enterprises,and is an important work for enterprises to improve quality competitiveness and pursue sustainable success.Referring to the standard requirements of GB/T 32230-2015"Guidelines for Quality Culture Development in Enterprises"and combined with actual working experience,the quality culture construction practice in five parts is introduced.Firstly,the background of quality culture construction in the 10th Institute of CETC(hereinafter referred to as the 10th Institute)is introduced.Next,the ideas and methods of quality culture construction combined with theoretical knowledge and standards are introduced.Then,the series of work carried out and the effects achieved in the quality culture construction in the 10th Institute are introduced in detail.Finally,suggestions and hopes for the future quality culture construction are put forward.
