浅谈“互联网+”时代高校工会档案信息化管理途径

A Brief Discussion on the Informatization Management Approach of University Trade Union Archives in the Era of"Internet+"

“互联网+”时代的到来,促进了各行各业的全面革新,也推动了信息技术在档案管理中的应用。新《档案法》的修订就档案信息化建设提出了新的规定,未来高校工会档案工作将面临从传统载体管理向信息化管理转型的挑战。顺应时代潮流进行创新与探索,发展信息化管理模式,是高校工会档案管理现代化发展的必然途径。基于此,本文试从分析“互联网+”时代高校工会档案信息化管理存在的不足着手,探讨通过加大对档案信息化管理的重视力度、健全工会档案管理机制,强化档案安全意识、建设工会档案管理平台,开发档案信息化资源等途径,优化“互联网+”时代高校工会档案信息化管理,以期对高校工会档案的信息化管理工作开展提供帮助。

The advent of the era of"Internet+"has promoted the comprehensive innovation in all walks of life,but also promoted the application of information technology in archives management.The revision of the new〈Archives Law〉puts forward new provisions on the construction of archives informatization.In the future,the archives work of university trade unions will face the challenge of transforming from traditional carrier management to informatization management.It is an inevitable way to modernize the archives management of the university trade union to innovate and explore and develop the informatization management mode according to the trend of the times.Based on this,this paper tries to start from the analysis on the shortcomings of the archives informatization management of university trade unions in the era of"Internet+",and discusses the ways to increase the emphasis on archives informatization management,improve the archives management mechanism of trade unions,strengthen the awareness of archives security,build the archives management platform of trade unions,develop archives informatization resources,etc.To optimize the informatization management of university trade union archives in the era of"Internet+",in order to provide the help for the informatization management of university trade union archives.
