档案管理工作是工作人员应用科学的方法、原则展开相应的管理,实质上,档案管理是档案的开发利用。随着社会的发展,信息来源增多、信息量增加,加剧档案管理工作的难度。在大数据背景下,如何开展档案管理工作,强化工作质量是亟需解决的问题。基于此,文章对大数据背景下强化档案管理工作的思考、分析进行阐述。首先,文章对大数据时代背景及相关概念进行简要概述;其次,文章用大数据对档案管理工作的影响进行分析;最后,文章对大数据背景下强化档案管理工作的措施进行讨论,以期为档案管理工作人员提供帮助。

Archives management is the application of scientific methods and principles by staffs to carry out corresponding management.In essence,archives management is the development and utilization of archives.With the development of society,the number of information sources and the amount of information increase,which increases the difficulty of archives management.In the context of big data,how to carry out archives management and strengthen the quality of work is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on this,this paper expounds the thinking and analysis on strengthening the archives management under the background of big data.First of all,this paper gives a brief overview of the background and related concepts in the era of big data.Secondly,this paper analyzes the impact of big data on archive management work.Finally,this paper discusses the measures to strengthen the archives management work in the context of big data,with a view to the providing assistance to archives management staffs.
