离轴磁编码器在eQEP模块下的测量方法研究

摘要 为了提高目前应用于姿态控制执行机构中的无刷直流电机对于位置以及速度闭环的测量精度,提出了基于增量式离轴磁编码器(AS5304A)与内部集成增强型正交编码器脉冲(eQEP)模块的TMS570芯片为基础的累加脉冲M/T法。通过深入研究和实验分析,在整个运行转速可测量范围内测量精度能够保持在1%左右,可实现高精度的转速测量,相比传统测速方案有明显的精度提升。 In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the position and speed closed-loop of the brushless DC motor,which is currently used in the attitude control actuator,a new cumulative pulse M/T method was proposed,based on incremental off-axis magnetic encoder(AS5304A)and TMS570 chip internal integrated enhanced quadrature encoder pulse(eQEP)module.By deep dive researching and experimental analysis,the measurement accuracy of the entire operating speed measurable range can be maintained around 1%,and the highprecision speed measurement can be achieved as well.Compared with the traditional speed measurement scheme,the accuracy is significantly improved.
