现代学徒制教学模式是将传统学徒培训与现代学校教育结合的合作教学模式。分析电信服务与管理专业现代学徒制人才培养中存在的学生职业意识不强、课程教学与企业工作内容融合度不够深、专业师资团队薄弱等问题,有效探索了高职电信服务与管理专业现代学徒制教学模式的实践路径,从而促进专业人才培养质量的提升。

Modern apprenticeship teaching mode is a cooperative teaching mode that combines traditional apprenticeship training with modern school education.By analyzing the problems existing in the training of modern apprenticeship talents for telecommunication service and management major,such as students’weak career consciousness,the low integration degree of course teaching and enterprise work content,and the weak professional teaching team,this paper explores the practical path of modern apprenticeship teaching mode for the telecommunications service and management major in higher vocational education effectively,so as to promote the improvement of the talent development quality.
