服务性学习视域下英语教育服务区域经济发展的策略及路径

Strategies and Approaches for English Education to Serve Regional Economic Development from the Perspective of Service Learning

由于教学理念落后、教师素质参差不齐以及课程设置不合理等原因,当前英语教学与社会人才需求匹配度不高,无法很好地服务于区域经济发展。根据英语改革的趋势,结合区域经济发展的特点,可以从转变教学理念重塑教学目标、依托校企合作构建校企共育模式、立足区域经济发展组建双师型教学团队、坚持以服务地方经济为导向重构精准化英语课程体系等方面对英语教学进行改革,以增强英语教育人才培养与区域经济发展的耦合性。

Due to the old-fashioned teaching concept,the uneven quality of the teachers and the improper curriculum provision,the current English teaching does not match well with the needs of social talents and cannot serve the regional economic development well.Therefore,according to the trend of English reform and the characteristics of regional economic development,English teaching reform can be carried out by transforming teaching concepts to reshape teaching objectives,relying on school-enterprise cooperation to build school-enterprise co-education mode,setting up dual-teacher teaching teams based on regional economic development,and insisting on reconstructing precision English curriculum system guided by serving local economy so as to enhance the coupling of English education personnel training and regional economic development.
