摘要
长沙高技能人才建设呈现出“预期目标高、政策支持足、培育环境好、发展前景优”的特点,但还存在“供需结构不对称、产育融合不深入、靶向培养不精准、职业发展不顺畅”的短板。在科教兴国、人才强国战略背景下,高技能人才队伍建设要学有宽度,健全高技能人才评价体系;量有准度,畅通高技能人才晋升通道;策有力度,营造尊重高技能人才氛围;践有深度,深化高技能人才产育融合;业有融度,激励高技能人才后续发展。
The cultivation of high-skilled talents in Changsha presents the characteristics of high expected goals,sufficient policy support,good cultivation environment,and excellent development prospects,but there are still some shortcomings such as asymmetric supply and demand structure,insufficient integration of industry and education,inaccurate targeted training,and unsatisfactory career development.Under the background of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the country through talents,the construction of a high-skilled talent pool should be broad in learning,with a sound evaluation system for high-skilled talents;accurate in quantity,ensuring smooth promotion channels for high-skilled talents;forceful in policies,creating an atmosphere that respects high-skilled talents;deep in implementation,deepening the industry-education integration of high-skilled talent cultivation;and comprehensive in industries,incentivizing the subsequent development of high skilled talents.
