青海某含金富银铅锌矿浮选试验研究

摘要 青海某铅锌矿选厂工艺较成熟,随着开采深度的变化矿石性质较前期也有一定程度的改变。目前,选厂存在铅精矿含金品位降低,铅、锌精矿互含较高的问题,制约选厂技术指标的提升。本试验研发高效选金药剂A11,并进行了一系列药剂用量、操作方式等技术攻关,最终在原矿Pb品位3.55%、Zn品位4.85%,含Au 0.59 g/t、Ag 42.71 g/t的情况下,通过“优先浮铅+锌硫混浮+锌硫分离”工艺取得良好技术指标,其中铅精矿中Au、Ag品位及回收率均有较大幅提高。 The beneficiation process of a lead-zinc ore in Qinghai Province is relatively mature,but with the change of mining depth,the ore properties have changed to a certain extent.At present,the gold grade of lead concentrate decreases and the mutual content of lead and zinc concentrate is higher in the concentrator,which restricts the improvement of technical index of the concentrator.In this experiment,highly efficient gold preparation agent A11 was developed,a series of technical researches were carried out,such as dosage of agent and operation mode.Finally,under the condition that raw ore grade is 3.55%Pb,4.85%Zn,Au 0.59 g/t and Ag 42.71 g/t,good technical indexes were obtained by the process of"priority lead flotation+zinc-sulfur mixed flotation+zinc-sulfur separation",in which the grade and recovery of Au and Ag in lead concentrate were significantly improved.
