由于国家钢铁产能过剩,榆钢公司对生产做出调整,2800 m^(3)高炉停炉检修。根据热风炉生产工艺要求,3座热风炉需长期烘炉保温,采用变频控制的小功率罗茨风机代替大功率空压机来保证热风炉烘炉保温所需的助燃空气,是节约电能的有效手段,经济效果明显。

Due to the national steel overcapacity,Yusteel Company to make adjustments to production,2800 m^(3) blast furnace maintenance.According to the production process requirements of hot blast furnaces,three hot blast furnaces need long-term oven insulation,the adoption of low-power roots fan controlled by frequency conversion instead of high-power air compressor to ensure the combustion-supporting air needed for oven insulation of hot blast furnaces is an effective means to save electric energy and has obvious economic effect.
