二次冰晶石高温焙烧法除杂技术研究

摘要 采取高温焙烧法对浮选法提取铝电解槽炭渣中电解质生产的二次冰晶石开展除杂试验,研究了焙烧温度、时间、物料加入量等参数对除杂效果的影响。发现浮选法生产的二次冰晶石和高温焙烧法生产的电解质成分相差不大,焙烧温度、时间、加料方式均对电解质的产出率有影响,其中温度是决定产出率和生产效率的关键因素。 Experiments on impurity removal of secondary cryolite from electrolytes extracted from carbon slag of aluminum electrolytic cell by flotation method were carried out by high temperature roasting.The effects of roasting temperature,time and amount of materials on impurity removal were studied.It is found that the electrolyte composition of secondary cryolite produced by flotation method is not much different from that produced by high temperature roasting method.Roasting temperature,time and feeding method all have influence on the yield of electrolyte,and temperature is the key factor to determine the yield and production efficiency.
