This paper introduces the basic structure and working principle of mechanical agitation flotation machine in coal preparation plant,analyzes the problems existing in the control system of mechanical agitation flotation machine in coal preparation plant,and puts forward the concept of intelligent control system of mechanical agitation flotation machine;The composition and principle of the intelligent control system for mechanical agitation flotation machine are introduced;It is hoped that the control system can be recognized by the industry and the market,and can be popularized and applied,which can promote the control system of mechanical agitation flotation machine from automation to intelligence.At the end of the paper,it is pointed out that the current intelligent level of stand-alone equipment is relatively low and needs to be improved.
