The problems of uneven antifreeze spraying and difficult transportation are often encountered in the process of manual antifreeze spraying in East open-pit coal preparation plant in winter.In order to find a better anti-freezing measure,a calcium chloride spraying device suitable for coal preparation plant was finally determined after putting forward the scheme,determining the scheme,raising the problem and solving the problem.The device can be fed through the feeding mechanism,and the calcium chloride can be evenly sprayed onto the product coal through the throwing arm after the crusher is broken.After the application of the device,the machine is used instead of manual spraying,which solves the problem of frozen coal.
