宝日希勒露天矿采场水净化系统升级改造工程实践

摘要 以宝日希勒露天矿采场水净化系统升级改造项目为例,分析了采场水改造前处理现状和采场水水质特点,改造系统采用了“混凝-沉淀-过滤”净化工艺,并介绍了主要设计参数、运行状况及运行费用。实践表明,该系统运行稳定,出水水质同时满足GB 20426—2006《煤炭工业污染物排放标准》以及GBT 18920—2020《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》指标要求,实现了露天矿采场水100%回用。 By taking the upgrading project of mine water purification system in Baorixile surface mine as a case study,the current situation of treatment of mine water before renovation and the characteristics of mine water quality were analyzed in this paper.The purification system of“coagulation-precipitation-filtration”was adopted in this upgrading system,and the main design parameters,operating conditions and operating costs were introduced.The operation results showed that the performance of the integrated treatment process was stable.The effluent water quality met the stand of Emission Standard for Pollutants from Coal Industry(GB 20426-2006)and the Reuse of Urban Recycling Water-Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Use(GBT 18920-2020).The mine water can be realized 100%reuse in surface miner.
