摘要 将服务设计理念作为文创产品设计的创作指导,探索产品对于用户多方面的服务形式,以服务设计理念下的文创产品设计创新为研究目的。从服务的视角出发,分析服务设计与文创产品间的联系,并从功能实用、文化传播、用户需求以及产业链发展4个方面分析当下文创产品设计的不足与难点,结合服务设计理念探索其运用于文创产品的新思路。基于服务设计理念能确保文创产品在文化内容上有效传播,总结当前文创产品设计方法研究中的突破点,为文创产品的创新设计提供参考。 The concept of service design is taken as the direction of cultural and creative product design,and various service ways for users are explored.The design and innovation of cultural and creative products under the concept of service design is taken as the research purpose.From the perspective of service,it analyzes the relationship between service design and cultural and creative products,analyzes the deficiencies and difficulties of current cultural and creative product design from four aspects:functional practicality,cultural communication,user needs and industrial chain development,and explores new ideas for its application to cultural and creative products in combination with service design concepts.Based on the service design concept,it can ensure the effective dissemination of cultural and creative products in cultural content,summarize the breakthrough points in the current research of cultural and creative product design methods,and provide reference for the innovative design of cultural and creative products.
