摘要
随着《客车内空气质量要求及检测方法》(GB/T 17729)的修订,对车内挥发性有机化合物(VOC)的浓度要求进一步提高,检测方法中也表明可以通过借助空气净化装置等手段降低车内VOC浓度,因此,研究空气净化装置对VOC去除率以及净化能效的意义重大。以修订版GB/T 17729中甲苯、二甲苯、甲醛限值的8~12倍作为衰减试验的初始浓度进行试验,结果表明:1)有动力型空气净化装置对VOC的去除率与风量有关,风量越大,去除率越大;2)有动力型空气净化装置对甲苯、二甲苯的去除效果优于甲醛;3)高压静电型的空气净化装置对VOC的去除效果明显优于负氧离子;4)无动力型空气净化装置对VOC的净化能效高于有动力型的空气净化装置;5)甲苯1 h去除率最高可达到91.6%,二甲苯1 h去除率最高可达到93.7%,甲醛1 h去除率最高可达到83.0%。
With the revision of Hygienic Standard and Detect Methods for the Air Quality Inside Interurban Bus(GB/T 17729),the limits of the concentration of volatile organic compounds(VOC)in the bus will become lower,and the detect methods also allow using the air cleaner devices to purify the air in the bus.So it is significant to study the removing rate of VOC and cleaning energy efficiency of air cleaner devices.With 8~12 times of the limit values of toluene,xylene and formaldehyde in the revised GB/T 17729 as the initial concentration of the decay test,the test results shows:1)the removal efficiency of VOC by powered air cleaner device is related to the air volume,and the larger the air volume,the greater the removal efficiency;2)the removal efficiency of toluene and xylene by powered air cleaner device is better than that of formaldehyde;3)the removal effect of high voltage electrostatic air cleaner device on VOC is obviously better than that of negative oxygen ions;4)the VOC purification efficiency of non power type air cleaner devices is higher than that of power type air cleaner devices;5)the removing rate of toluene in one hour can reach 91.6%,xylene in one hour can reach 93.7%,and formaldehyde in one hour can reach 83.0%.
