健康中国背景下心脏重症医师临床意识培养的路径探索

Path exploration of the development of clinical awareness among cardiac intensivists in the context of healthy China

摘要 心脏重症医学作为一门新兴学科正在快速发展,承担着守护重症患者生命健康的重要使命。由于心脏重症患者病情复杂和瞬息万变,心脏重症医师需要采取多学科的方法,并结合心血管疾病以及急诊、重症监护和内科方面的高度专业知识和技能。这不仅要求心脏重症医师对理论基础和临床技能扎实掌握和理解,还要求其对临床工作实践的规范和积累,即对心脏重症医师临床意识的培养。心脏重症医师临床培养的目标就是以整体的眼光看待心脏重症患者,而不仅仅是看待心脏本身的问题。理清培养思路,强调整体观、联系观和全面观,抓住培养当中的关键点,探索高效、合理的心脏重症医师培养之路。 As an emerging discipline,Cardiac intensive Medicine is developing rapidly,and it is an important mission of protecting the life and health of severe patients.Due to the complexity and rapid changes in the condition of patients with severe heart diseases,cardiac intensivists need to adopt multi-disciplinary methods,and combine high professional knowledge and skills of cardiovascular diseases,critical care,emergency treatment,and internal medicine.This not only requires cardiac intensivists to solidly grasp and understand of the theoretical foundation and clinical skills of the cardiac,but also to norm and accumulate clinical work practice,that is,the development of clinical awareness among cardiac intensivists.The clinic training goal of cardiac intensivists is not treating the cardiac problem itself but viewing the patients in a holistic way.It is important for exploring an efficient cardiac intensivist training to order thoughts,underline the concept of connection,integration,and comprehension,and hold the key points of training.
