In the CNC machine tool industry,the difference in the manufacturing,installation and debugging accuracy of the basic parts of the machine tool,it will lead to the difference in the quality of the whole machine.F6 series large table PCB drilling machine tool is a special process CNC machine tool for PCB industry.The machine tool adopts natural marble as the bed and base,with the linear guide and screw and other precision transmission parts installed on the marble.The actual installation and debugging process of ultra-long linear guide of PCB drilling machine tool is taken as an example.The method of adjusting the precision parts of the guide rail is elaborated to solve the difficulties of installing and debugging the precision guide rail.The research results have certain significance to promote the manufacturing precision and quality of the domestic special machine tools.
