Chinese-themed documentaries combine objective lenses with real descriptions to comprehensively present China's social development process and serve as a powerful carrier to present China's image to the international community.With the continuous improvement of China's status in the international community,Chinese-themed documentaries have gradually entered the international stage,building a bridge for the spread of Chinese excellent culture.However,there are still bottlenecks in the international dissemination of Chinese-themed documentaries,which hinder the construction of China's international image.By analyzing the value and bottlenecks of Chinese-themed documentaries in international communication,and summarizing relevant innovation strategies based on the bottlenecks encountered,it will inject new vigor and vitality into the creation of Chinese-themed documentaries.
