摘要
目的探究不同清洗技术对骨蜡残留器械清洗的效果。方法选取笔者所在科室2021年1月-2021年10月骨蜡残留的手术器械1200件,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各600件,对照组采用全自动清洗消毒机清洗消毒;实验组采用沸腾清洗消毒机清洗。对比以上两组清洗质量以及骨蜡残留情况。结果实验组沸腾清洗消毒机清洗后的手术器械,三磷酸腺苷(adenosine triphosphate,ATP)检测合格率为99.58%,目测及带光源放大镜下检查合格率为99%,骨蜡残留率为0%,骨蜡残留器械ATP复测不合格率为0%;对照组全自动清洗消毒机清洗后的手术器械,ATP检测合格率为98%,目测及带光源放大镜下检查合格率为96.67%,骨蜡残留率为0.75%,骨蜡残留器械ATP复测不合格率为0.58%。结论骨蜡残留手术器械经沸腾清洗消毒机清洗后,清洗质量明显高于对照组,骨蜡残留率明显低于对照组,可以有效降低返洗率,降低因骨蜡残留带来的手术风险,减轻工作量,值得在日常工作中推广使用。
Objective To explore the effect of different cleaning techniques on instruments with bone wax residues.Methods From January 2021 to October 2021,1200 pieces of surgical instruments with bone wax residues in our department were selected and divided into control group and experimental group randomly.In each group 600 pieces were used.In the control group they were cleaned and disinfected with an automatic cleaning and disinfection machine.In the experimental group they were cleaned with a boiling cleaning and disinfection machine.The cleaning quality and bone wax residues of the two groups were compared.Results In the experimental group,the qualified rate of adenosine triphosphate(ATP)detection was 99.58%,and the qualified rate of visual inspection and examination with light source magnifying glass was 99%.The bone wax residual rate was 0,and the unqualified rate of ATP retest of bone wax residues was 0.In the control group,the qualified rate of ATP detection was 98%,the qualified rate of visual inspection and examination with light source magnifying glass was 96.67%,the bone wax residual rate was 0.75%,and the unqualified rate of ATP retest of bone wax residues was 0.58%.Conclusion After the surgical instruments with bone wax residues were cleaned by the boiling cleaning and disinfection machine,the cleaning quality was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the bone wax residue rate was significantly lower than that of the control group.The boiling cleaning and disinfecton method can effectively reduce the rate of backwash,reduce the operation risk caused by bone wax residues,and reduce the workload,which is worth spreading in daily work.
