胰十二指肠切除术一直被认为是腹部外科最复杂的手术之一,其手术难度大、风险大、并发症多。近十年来,随着手术经验的积累和手术器械设备的更新,胰腺微创手术已日臻成熟,腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术(laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy,LPD)已能够在众多国内大型医院流程化开展,相较于传统开放手术,LPD有其创伤小、恢复快等优势,但同时对外科医生提出更高的要求,术者学习曲线长。

Open pancreaticoduodenectomy has always been regarded as one of the most complicated operations in abdominal surgery,with high difficulty,high risk and many complications.In the past 10 years,with the accumulation of surgical experiences and the update of surgical instruments and equipments,minimally invasive pancreatic operations has become more and more mature.Laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy(LPD)has been carried out in many large domestic hospitals.Compared with traditional open surgery,LPD has the advantages of less trauma and rapid recovery,but at the same time,it puts forward higher requirements for surgeons and needs a long learning curve.
