汽车空调热力膨胀阀容量测试技术研究及应用 被引量:1

摘要 热力膨胀阀在不同工况下的容量特性是影响制冷系统性能的重要因素,因此需要对热力膨胀阀进行容量测试.本文中研制的制冷量范围为1.5~15.0 kW汽车空调热力膨胀阀容量测试台,其测量值的准确度为1%,控温精度为±0.5℃,测温准确度0.1℃,可以在标准工况或特定工况下进行热力膨胀阀的制冷剂流量测试;在标准工况下,对额定容量的H型热力膨胀阀进行流量-开度、温度-开度等测试,通过分析实验数据,得到在热力膨胀阀工作区域内其温度与流量基本成线性比例关系的结论.通过对实验数据及曲线的分析,结合膨胀阀内部结构尺寸,对膨胀阀进行优化设计,从而获得高性能、高稳定性的膨胀阀产品,向相关企业推广运用,产生社会效益与经济效益. The capacity characteristics of thermal expansion valve under different working conditions is an important factor affecting the performance of refrigeration system,so it is necessary to carry out capacity test of thermal expansion valve.The capacity test table of expansion valve for automotive air conditioning had been developed with cooling capacity of 1.5~15.0 kW.The measuring accuracy of the system was 1%,the temperature control accuracy was±0.5℃,and the temperature measurement accuracy was 0.1℃.It could measure the refrigerant flow of thermal expansion valve under standard or specific working conditions.The H-type thermal expansion valve with rated capacity was tested under standard working conditions,including flow-opening and temperature-opening.Through the analysis of experimental data,it is found that the temperature and flow rate are basically linear proportional in the working area of thermal expansion valve.Through the analysis of the test data and curves,combined with the internal structure size of the expansion valve,the expansion valve is optimized to obtain high performance and high stability of the expansion valve products,and then to promote the application of relevant enterprises,to produce social and economic benefits.
