协同理论视域下红医精神教育共同体构建研究

Research on the Construction of the Community of Red Doctor's Spirit Education from the Perspective of Synergy Theory

红医精神教育共同体是一群关注、研究红医精神教育,并志于做好红医精神教育的个体或组织,基于共同的价值认同、理论基础和实践目标,在协同合作的基础上形成的包含教育工作者、教育对象、教育机制和教育平台等要素的有机统一体。鉴于教育共同体思想与协同理论在理论和实践上的契合性,医学院校应该找准协同理论视域下红医精神教育共同体建设面临的问题,努力通过强化教育共同体意识,优化红医精神教育主体;整合共同体育人资源,完善红医精神教育内容;健全共同体教育机制,打造高质量教育共同体;构建共同体教育平台,实现红医资源共建共享,不断提升红医精神教育效果,服务医学生成长成才。

The red doctor's spirit education community is a group of individuals or organizations that pay attention to and study the red doctor's spirit education,and committed to red doctor's spirit education.Based on shared values,theoretical basis,and practical goals,an organic unity consisting of educators,educational objects,educational mechanisms,educational platforms and other elements is formed through collaborative cooperation.In view of the theoretical and practical consistency between the idea of education community and the synergy theory,medical colleges and universities should find out the problems faced in the construction of the red doctor's spirit education community from the perspective of synergy theory,and strive to optimize the main body of red doctor's spirit education by strengthening the awareness of educational community;integrate the educational resources of the community and improve the content of red doctor's spirit education;improve the education mechanism of the community and create a high-quality education community;build a community education platform,realize the co-construction and sharing of red doctor's resources,constantly improve the effect of red doctor's spirit education,and serve the growth and success of medical students.
