摘要 目的评估3D Slicer软件在神经外科规培生手术教学中的作用。方法选择2021年4月-2022年3月笔者所在医院神经外科医学部创伤组及胶质瘤组进行外科(神经外科方向)住院医师规范化培训的44名学员为研究对象,随机分成两组(实验组和对照组),实验组采用3D Slicer软件进行手术教学,对照组采用传统方式进行手术教学。两组学生完成神经外科创伤组和胶质瘤组培训后,行临床理论内容考试及手术相关技能评估。数据算法采用SPSS 25.0统计学软件评估。结果传统培训及借助3D Slicer软件培训均有良好的培训效果;借助3D Slicer软件手术教学效果优于传统培训组,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而且采用3D Slicer软件手术教学方式的规培医师的自我评价优于传统培训组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3D Slicer软件可有效提升学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的空间思维能力,加速神经外科手术技能的学习。 Objective To evaluate the effect of 3D Slicer software in standardized residency training of neurosurgery residents.Methods Totally 44 residents in our hospital were trained during the period from April 2021 to March 2022.They were randomly divided into two groups,the traditional training group and the test group.The clinical teaching method based on 3D Slicer software was only performed in the test group.The theory exam and questionnaire survey were implemented and the results were compared.The SPSS 25.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data.Results The theoretical results and practical operation results of the study group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of residents using 3D Slicer software method was better than that of traditional training group.The difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During residency training in neurosurgery,the teaching method based on 3D Slicer software is helpful to improve the learning efficiency of trainees and enhance the clinical teaching.
