基于“德医相融”的手术室护生临床实践教学改革需求的调查分析

摘要 目的调查手术室护生在临床教学实践中对“德医相融”知识的认知程度及教学改革需求;分析现状,为进一步满足护生在手术室实习期间对护德相关知识的需求,为更好地使其融入临床实践提供依据。方法通过查阅文献及召开专家小组会议的形式编制并形成调查问卷—《基于“德医相融”的手术室护生临床实践教学改革需求调查问卷》。随机抽取2021年6月—2022年6月期间在手术室实习的护生200名,进行调查。结果手术室护生护德相关知识认知程度和护德教育教学改革需求得分分别为(2.42±0.41)分和(2.44±0.43)分。97%的护生认为有必要开展护德教育,40%的护生认为目前手术室带教中对护德教育重视度有所不足,55%的护生对手术室目前护德教育的水平不是十分满意,39%的护生认为目前手术室护德教育相关内容不是很合理,88%的护生乐于接受亲身体验式的护德教学形式。结论手术室对护德教育力度不够,护生对护德相关知识认知欠缺,手术室带教老师护德带教水平偏低,手术室对护德教育的重视和教学改革推行刻不容缓。 Objective To investigate the cognitive degree of“integration of ethics and medicine”and the demand of teaching reform among operating room nursing students in clinical teaching practice.To analyze the current situation,so as to further meet the needs of nursing students for nursing ethics related knowledge during their practice in the operating room and provide a basis for better integrating it into clinical practice.Methods A questionnaire on the reform needs of clinical practice teaching for nursing students in Operating Room based on“integration of ethics and medicine”was compiled and formed through literature review and expert group meeting.A total of 200 nursing students practicing in the operating room from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly selected for investigation.Results The scores of the knowledge of nursing ethics and the needs of nursing ethics education and teaching reform were(2.42±0.41)and(2.44±0.43),respectively.97%of nursing students thought that it was necessary to carry out nursing ethics education,40%of them thought that the attention paid to nursing ethics education in the current operating room teaching was insufficient,55%of them were not very satisfied with the current level of nursing ethics education in the operating room,39%of them thought that the relevant content of nursing ethics education in the operating room was not very reasonable.88%of the nursing students were willing to accept the form of hands-on nursing ethics teaching.Conclusion The education of nursing ethics in operating room is not enough,the knowledge of nursing ethics of nursing students is not enough,and the level of nursing ethics teaching of operating room teachers is low.
