SonicFill声动树脂印章法充填边缘微渗漏的研究

摘要 目的比较SonicFill声动树脂印章法充填和SonicFill声动树脂合面传统雕刻法充填术后边缘微渗漏情况以及牙合面解剖形态恢复情况。方法选取2019年1月—2021年12月符合纳入标准的80颗磨牙,在牙体合面统一制备Ⅰ类洞型。将所有标本随机分为A组40例和B组40例,A组采用SonicFill声动树脂印章法充填,B组采用SonicFill声动树脂充填后雕刻牙体合面形态。分析两组牙合面解剖形态恢复情况;两组充填后的牙体组织经冷热循环实验后,分别放置在2%亚甲基蓝溶液中浸泡24小时,待牙体组织干燥后沿牙体充填体正中颊舌向剖开,在体视显微镜下观察染料渗入情况,并评价微渗漏程度,进行统计学分析。结果染料渗入结果:A组(SonicFill声动树脂印章充填组)与B组(SonicFill声动树脂合面雕刻充填组)微渗漏均小,两组渗透程度无差异(P>0.05),印章组合面解剖形态较雕刻组恢复好(P<0.05)。结论SonicFill声动树脂印章法充填与雕刻充填都可达到良好的边缘封闭性,但SonicFill声动树脂印章法充填能更有效地恢复后牙解剖形态,达到后牙树脂良好的美学修复效果。 Objective To compare the microleakage of composite resin restorations using an occlusal surface impression technology with a layered filling technology.Methods 80 molar teeth that met the inclusion criteria were selected.Class-Ⅰcavities that went 4 mm deep into the enamel dentinal junction were prepared on 80 freshly extracted molar teeth.The teeth were randomly divided into groups A and B,each with 40 teeth.Group A was restored with occlusal surface impression technology.Group B was restored with the traditional way.After a thermocycling regimen of 5000 cycles between 5℃and 55℃,both groups were isolated,immersed in 2%methylene blue solution for 24 h at 37℃and sectioned longitudinally in a buccolingual direction.Then the dye infiltration was observed under the microscope.The sections were evaluated for values of microleakage with a stereomicroscope.Results There was no significant difference in the dye penetration degree between two groups(P>0.05).Shape of occlusal surface of teeth in group A is better than in group B(P<0.05).Conclusions The occlusal surface impression technology is better than the traditional layered filling technology in the microleakage of composite resin restoration,which ensures the relative aesthetics and has clinical utility.
