ECMO辅助抢救原发性气管肿瘤致窒息1例

ECMO-assisted resuscitation of primary tracheal tumor causing asphyxia:a case report

气管肿瘤作为一种少见的肺部疾病,基本为原发性,由于病情发展较快,早期可引起气道狭窄。本文报告一例气管肿瘤阻塞气管引起呼吸困难的病例。一位40岁男性因气管肿物导致气道重度狭窄,在行术前准备时突发呼吸困难,血氧饱和度骤降,最后在体外膜肺氧合(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)辅助下行气管肿瘤切除术加气管重建术。病理诊断为鳞状细胞癌。本文介绍了该病例的诊疗过程,并分析结局,以便为相似病例治疗提供参考。

As a rare pulmonary disease,tracheal tumor is basically primary and can cause airway narrowing in the early stages due to the rapid progression of the disease.The purpose of this article is to report a case of tracheal tumor obstructing the trachea causing dyspnea.A 40-year-old man presented with severe airway stenosis due to a tracheal mass.He was hospitalized for preoperative preparation with sudden onset of dyspnea and a sudden drop in oxygen saturation,and finally underwent tracheal tumor resection with tracheal reconstruction assisted by extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO).The final diagnosis was squamous cell carcinoma.In this paper,we describe the treatment process of this case and analyze the outcome in order to provide reference for the treatment of similar cases.
