摘要
聚焦构建中国特色哲学社会科学和推动中华优秀传统文化双创性转化发展两大国家战略,紧扣“新文科”建设宏伟主题,建设富有中国特色和具有自主知识体系的“新文科”管理学科体系,不仅重要且正当其时,其中《中国管理学》教材建设又至为关键和迫切。中华5000多年历史发展提供的强有力的本土管理思想和实践支撑,《大学》等文献提供的元典性本土管理典籍关键支撑,为《中国管理学》教材建设提供了现实可行性。西方管理学缺乏对本义管理体系的完整建构,《中国管理学》教材建设应该挖掘中国独特的经验和特色,回归建构一个演绎逻辑路径和本义面貌架构的全新管理学体系,具体包括“和合”管理基因萃取、六个管理层级架构、内外双向逻辑结合等内容。
A new disciplinary system of management should bear Chinese features and develop Chinese subjective learning sys⁃tem.This is a timely response to the strategies of fostering philosophy and social sciences with Chinese features and boosting innovative transformation of traditional culture.Building a textbook system of Chinese management is crucial and urgent for developing a management subject of new humanities and social sciences.The support from Chinese indig⁃enous management thoughts and practices developed over 5,000 years,and in particular the pillar support from the origi⁃nal management classics such as The Great Learning,makes it possible to develop a subjective textbook system of Chi⁃nese Management.While western management lacks a completely original management system,Chinese management textbooks should reflect China’s unique experiences and characteristics and contribute to developing a brand new manage⁃ment science based on a deductive logical path and an original meaning structure.This new system inherits the genes of harmonious and syncretic management,encompasses the six-level management hierarchy and proposes the combination of two-way internal and external logics.
