摘要
含氮杂环异喹啉二酮及其衍生物是重要的分子构筑骨架,在自然界中广泛存在,具有潜在重要生物活性。使用温和、简单的方法构建这一骨架的化合物具有重要的现实意义。本文分别以金属催化、可见光催化和有机催化等不同方法对近几年来异喹啉二酮化合物合成研究进行了介绍,并对部分反应的机理进行了讨论。以期为该类化合物的后续研究提供参考。
Nitrogen-containing heterocycle isoquinolinediones are important molecular scaffolds, which widely exist in natural products and have important biological properties. The use of gentle and simple methods to construct compounds of this skeleton is of great practical importance. In this paper, the synthesis of isoquinolinedione compounds in recent years was reviewed by metal catalysis, visible light catalysis and organic catalysis, and the mechanism of some reactions was discussed. In order to provide reference for the subsequent study of this compound.
