摘要
通过对轧制车轮运输自动纠偏装置的设计,并对纠偏机构进行液压自动化控制,建立了系统的AMESim模型;并进行仿真及验证。实现了车轮运输过程中的自动化纠偏,降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
In this paper,through the design of the automatic deviation correction device for rolling wheel transportation,and the hydraulic automatic control of the deviation correction mechanism,the AMESim model system is established,and the simulation and verification are carried out to realize the automatic deviation correction in the process of wheel transportation,reduce labor intensity and improve production effectiveness.
