摘要
针对高空作业车行走在恶劣工况出现打滑现象,且在高速行走转弯时出现发动机掉速问题进行研究,从行走液压系统角度进行分析。分别设计了大小阻尼切换防滑液压系统,双闭式行走泵防滑液压系统和主动浮动防滑液压系统。正确合理设计行走防滑液压系统,对高空作业车行走安全稳定性具有重要意义。
In view of the skidding phenomenon of aerial work platform under severe working conditions,and the problem of engine speed loss when turning at high speed,the research is carried out from the perspective of walking hydraulic system.In this paper,the anti-skid hydraulic system with large and small damping switching,the anti-skid hydraulic system with double closed walking pump,and the active floating anti-skid hydraulic system are designed respectively.The correct and reasonable design of anti-skid hydraulic system is of great significance to the safety and stability of aerial work platform.
