考虑接入风险与无功配置的大用户接入规划方法

摘要 为保证工业大用户安全可靠地接入电网,提出了考虑接入风险与无功配置的大用户接入规划模型。用风险指标代替传统的经济性与安全性指标,考虑大用户接入容量的不确定性,构建了风险指标体系。构建大用户接入电网的两阶段规划模型,第一阶段以系统综合风险为目标,完成最优接入节点的寻优;第二阶段针对电压质量不合格的节点,配置无功补偿装置。通过人工蜂群算法进行求解,以IEEE-69节点系统为例进行验证,结果表明:所提模型在提高电网适应性的同时,也提高了资金的利用率。 This paper proposes a large user access planning model that considers access risk and reactive power allocation to ensure safe and reliable access to the power grid for large industrial users.First,the traditional economic and security indicators are replaced by risk indicators.Considering the uncertainty of large user access capacity,a risk indicator system is constructed.Second,a two-stage planning model for large users'access to the grid is constructed.In the first stage,the optimal access node search is completed with the objective of comprehensive system risk,and in the second stage,reactive power compensation devices are configured for the nodes with unqualified voltage quality.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by solving it with an artificial bee colony algorithm,using the IEEE-69 node system as an example,and the result shows that the model improves both the adaptability of the grid and the utilization rate of funds.
