国家高度重视高校学生心理育人工作的开展。为在“三全育人”背景下提升高职院校心理育人工作的有效性,文章以经验总结和文献分析为主要研究方法,在阐述“三全育人”、心理育人、有效性三个核心概念的基础上,简述“三全育人”背景下高职院校心理育人工作的特点,并提出各高职院校可以通过加强心理育人队伍建设、各项心理育人工作有效衔接、多方面心理育人工作联动的方式在“三全育人”背景下提升心理育人工作的有效性,有效落实立德树人根本任务。

The state attaches great importance to the development of psychological education for college students.In order to enhance the effectiveness of psychological education work in vocational colleges under the background of"three complete educations",the article uses experience summary and literature analysis as the main research methods.On the basis of elaborating on the three core concepts of"three complete educations",psychological education,and effectiveness,the article briefly describes the characteristics of psychological education work in vocational colleges under the background of"three complete education",and proposes that various vocational colleges can strengthen the construction of psychological education teams The effective connection of various psychological education work and the linkage of multiple psychological education work enhance the effectiveness of psychological education work in the context of the"three complete educations",and effectively implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people.
