摘要
学生的全面发展是教育的出发点与归宿。情感教育是促进学生全面发展的重要因素,而班集体建设是落实情感教育的主要载体。在班集体建设中,学校管理者、班主任、任课教师都要参与其中,积极落实情感教育,发挥情感教育的优势,使学生在获取知识、技能的同时,形成正确的价值取向、良好的心理素质,为将来的学习与生活奠定良好基础。文章重点探究情感教育在班集体建设中的作用、存在的问题以及具体渗透策略,以此为一线教育工作者提供借鉴、参考。
The comprehensive development of students is the starting point and destination of education.Emotional education is an important factor in promoting students'comprehensive development.The construction of class collective is the main carrier for implementing emotional education.In the construction of class collective,school administrators,class teachers,and teachers should all participate,actively implement emotional education,leverage advantages of emotional education,and enable students to form correct value orientations and good psychological qualities while acquiring knowledge and skills,laying a solid foundation for future learning and life.The article focuses on exploring the role,existing problems,and specific infiltration strategies of emotional education in the construction of class collectives,in order to provide reference for frontline educators.
