无障碍设计理念下居住空间适老化设计的发展及策略

Development and Strategy of Aging-friendly Living Space Design under the Concept of Barrier-free Design

针对老年人居住空间的无障碍设计,以往通常只考虑物质空间和生理需求,对老年人的实际生活状况、行为模式和心理需求均有所忽视。为了应对人口老龄化的趋势,为老年群体营造更加人性化、无障碍、身心自由的生活环境,适老化设计在无障碍设计的基础上提出了更加实用的观点和研究方法。文章将从无障碍设计出发,对其适老化设计理念的发展脉络和设计策略进行简要阐述。

In the past,the barrier-free design for the living space of the elderly often only considered the physical space and physiological needs,and ignored the actual living conditions,behavior patterns and psychological needs of the elderly.In order to cope with the trend of population aging and create a more humane,barrier-free,and physically and mentally free living environment for the elderly,the aging-friendly design puts forward more practical viewpoints and research methods on the basis of barrier-free design.This paper will start from the barrier-free design,and briefly explain the development of the concept of aging-friendly design and design strategies.
