摘要
历史街区作为地方历史文化延续的载体,其更新改造是存量规划时代下城市发展的重要内容。但在快速城镇化背景下,历史街区更新往往采取市场经济主导下的商业性改造模式,大量传统居住空间转变为现代消费空间,此种方式有助于短期内快速提升街区活力和经济效益,但长远来看易引发街区空心化、文化同质化、商住矛盾等一系列问题。在此背景下,文章以广州新河浦历史街区为例,运用康泽恩学派城市形态学相关理论,从道路交通、建筑组合、功能布局三个维度剖析居住空间形态演变特征,并探讨其背后的作用机制。这对于新型城镇化背景下历史街区住区建设以及探索社会形态与居住形式的互适性等新型人居环境思维的构建,具有一定的借鉴意义。
As the carrier of local history and culture,the renewal and transformation of historical blocks is an important part of urban development in the era of stock planning.However,under the background of rapid urbanization,the renovation of historical blocks often adopts a commercial transformation model led by the market economy,and a large number of traditional residential spaces are converted into modern consumption spaces.This method will help to quickly enhance the vitality and economic benefits of the block in the short term,but in the long run,it will easily lead to a series of problems such as block hollowing,cultural homogeneity,and commercial residential conflicts.In this context,this paper takes Guangzhou Xinhepu Historical Block as an example,uses the relevant theories of urban morphology of the Kangzeen School,analyzes the evolution characteristics of residential space form from three dimensions of road traffic,building composition,and functional layout,and discusses its underlying mechanism.This has a certain reference significance for the construction of new living environment thinking,such as the construction of historical blocks and the exploration of the mutual adaptability of social forms and residential forms under the background of new urbanization.
