我国土壤环境监测方法现状问题及建议

土壤是我国可持续发展的基本资源保障,对土壤进行有效保护,对于促进我国的生态文明建设、保障我国的生态安全具有十分重大的意义。在《土壤污染防治行动计划》中,国家出台了一项新的工作,即完善土壤环境监测的相关技术规范,提升土壤环境监测能力,建立土壤环境质量监测网络,深入开展土壤环境质量调查,并对国家重点监管企业和工业开发区定期进行土壤监测。监测方法体系是土壤监测工作的理论依据,只有对其进行改进和强化,提高对土壤监测的科学性、规范性、准确性及评价结果的客观和合理性,才能从整体把握土壤环境并对其进行有效监督。

Soil is a basic resource for sustainable development in China,so effective protection of soil is of great significance for promoting ecological civilization and ensuring ecological security in China.In the“Action Plan for the Prevention and Control of Soil Pollution”,the state has introduced a new work to improve the relevant technical specifications for soil environmental monitoring,establish soil environmental monitoring capabilities,establish a soil environmental quality monitoring network,conduct in-depth soil environmental quality surveys,and conduct regular soil monitoring for key industrial and industrial development zones under national monitoring.The monitoring method system is the theoretical basis for soil monitoring work,the only way to improve and strengthen it is to improve the scientifi city,standardization,accuracy,and objectivity and rationality of its evaluation results,so as to comprehensively grasp it and effectively supervise it.
